The adhesive-mounted version offers excellent thermal interface properties.The Flat configuration is optimized for natural convection, enhancing thermal performance by 20% in passive cooling setups. The oval variant is ideal for compact electronic devices.Capable of dissipating 14.2W @ 500mm thermal loads, the solution manages extreme heat in power-dense applications. The 200W model is ideal for data center use.Incorporating Sintered fluid transport, the capillary system ensures reliable operation in any orientation.
