The oval variant is ideal for compact electronic devices.Capable of dissipating 20.6W @ 300mm thermal loads, the solution manages extreme heat in power-dense applications. The 200W model is ideal for data center use.Incorporating Sintered fluid transport, the capillary system ensures reliable operation in any orientation.
