Featuring ultra-high vacuum compatibility to 10^-9 torr and radiation hardness to 100MGy, this adapter maintains signal integrity in extreme physics research environments.The Distributor Y-Shaped design implements all-ceramic insulation with volume resistivity >10^16 cm. The geometry was optimized using electrostatic field modeling to prevent multipacting breakdown.Supporting Male Pins interfaces, this adapter bridges standard instrumentation to UHV feedthroughs. The design maintains outgassing rates below 10^-12 torr liter/sec cm^2.With Male Pins (2) capability, the adapter enables signal routing through multiple radiation zones. All materials were selected for low activation cross-section under neutron flux.The M12 interface utilizes oxygen-free copper with 99.999% purity. Surface finish was polished to <0.1 m Ra for optimal UHV performance.Featuring M12 outputs, the adapter incorporates beam pipe flanges per ISO-KF standards. All seals use Helicoflex spring-energized designs for reliable UHV sealing.The 10 configuration was optimized for high-voltage DC applications.
