Its hermetic sealing and radiation-hardened properties ensure operation in satellite payloads and avionics under extreme conditions.The Clamp configuration meets MIL-DTL-55302 Rev H specifications for high-vibration environments. Testing included 20G RMS random vibration per MIL-STD-810G Method 514.7.Designed for deployment with IC Sockets, it maintains signal continuity through 100 thermal shock cycles (-65 C to +150 C) as required by MIL-STD-883 Method 1011.9.The Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) housing achieves outgassing levels <0.01% TML per NASA ASTM E595. Material properties remain stable under 100krad(Si) total ionizing dose radiation.
