The gold-nickel composite plating withstands 20-year service in seawater.With Crimp methodology, the connector provides >90dB EMI shielding despite thick hydrates layers. The segmented design prevents cathodic disbondment.Designed for Free Hanging (In-Line), Right Angle installation, the connector withstands 100kN axial load. The titanium housing resists pitting corrosion in chloride environments.Qualified with RG-58 subsea cables, the connector passes 500-cycle hyperbaric testing.
