The cathodic protection prevents galvanic corrosion in seawater environments.Capable of Stereo (4 Conductor, TRRS) operation, the connector handles underwater acoustic signals. The matched-impedance design minimizes signal reflection in long cable runs.With 4 Conductors, 4 Contacts, the interface supports power-over-fiber applications. The hybrid design combines optical and electrical contacts in single housing.The Does Not Contain Switch implementation includes seawater detection.
