Unlike standard connectors, its compensated design prevents water ingress at 3000m depths.Female variants feature titanium housings for submerged applications. The cathodic protection prevents galvanic corrosion in seawater environments.Capable of Stereo (4 Conductor, TRRS) operation, the connector handles underwater acoustic signals. The matched-impedance design minimizes signal reflection in long cable runs.With 4 Conductors, 4 Contacts, the interface supports power-over-fiber applications. The hybrid design combines optical and electrical contacts in single housing.The Single Switch implementation includes seawater detection.
