The pressure transition zone maintains proper impedance matching throughout the rated depth range.With Male Pins capability, the adapter enables hybrid power-and-data transmission through single penetrators. The design withstands 500V DC potential difference between contacts in seawater environment.The 675 interface utilizes high-strength duplex stainless steel with 90ksi yield strength. All materials pass NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 sour service requirements.Featuring 675 outputs, the adapter incorporates titanium stress cones that distribute cable termination forces. Finite element analysis verifies 3:1 safety factor at maximum rated depth.The 1 configuration was optimized for low-frequency sonar applications.
