This rugged interconnect solution meets EN 50155 and IEC 61373 specifications, delivering reliable performance in rolling stock applications despite extreme vibration, shock, and environmental conditions.The Insert configuration features a double-locking system that withstands 50G shock pulses. The vibration-resistant design maintains electrical continuity through 10Hz to 2kHz random vibration profiles.Utilizing Male Pin technology, these contacts maintain less than 5m resistance variation under 15G vibration. The hyperbolic contact geometry compensates for terminal movement while maintaining constant normal force.Available in 20 configurations, the connector supports both power distribution and train communication networks. The segregated contact groups prevent interference between high-voltage and sensitive signal circuits.Featuring Solder technology, the system accommodates both fine-strand and rigid conductors. The spring-loaded cage clamp maintains constant pressure despite vibration-induced relaxation.
