The vibration-resistant design maintains electrical continuity through 10Hz to 2kHz random vibration profiles.Utilizing Male Pin technology, these contacts maintain less than 5m resistance variation under 15G vibration. The hyperbolic contact geometry compensates for terminal movement while maintaining constant normal force.The Cable Clamp include integrated test points for onboard diagnostics. These maintenance-friendly features allow circuit verification without disassembly.
