This robust connectivity solution is specifically designed for solar inverters, wind turbine controls, and energy storage systems, featuring exceptional environmental resistance and long-term reliability.The Plug configuration incorporates UV-resistant materials rated for 25-year outdoor exposure. The double-sealed design maintains IP68 protection even after 500 mating cycles in dusty environments.Utilizing Female Socket technology, these power contacts exhibit 50% lower thermal resistance than industry standards. The bulk material design eliminates joint interfaces that could degrade over time.Available in 40 hybrid configurations, the connector combines power and signal contacts in optimized ratios. The segregated contact groups prevent electromagnetic interference between circuit types.The 2 row arrangement positions power contacts on the outer rows for optimal heat dissipation. This thermal management design reduces hot-spot temperatures by up to 15 C.0.100" (2.54mm) separation between power and signal contacts prevents capacitive coupling. This isolation is critical for accurate current measurement in smart inverters.The Free Hanging (In-Line) version includes integrated cable glands for strain relief.
