The segregated contact groups prevent galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals.The 0.050" (1.27mm) spacing provides sufficient creepage distance for 1000V AC shipboard systems. The molded ribs between contacts prevent tracking in high-humidity conditions per IEC 60092.The 1 row arrangement positions power contacts for optimal heat dissipation.
