This rugged interconnect solution meets EN 50155 and IEC 61373 specifications, delivering reliable performance in rolling stock applications despite extreme vibration, shock, and environmental conditions.The Receptacle configuration features a double-locking system that withstands 50G shock pulses. The vibration-resistant design maintains electrical continuity through 10Hz to 2kHz random vibration profiles.Utilizing Female Socket technology, these contacts maintain less than 5m resistance variation under 15G vibration. The hyperbolic contact geometry compensates for terminal movement while maintaining constant normal force.Available in 10 configurations, the connector supports both power distribution and train communication networks. The segregated contact groups prevent interference between high-voltage and sensitive signal circuits.Supporting 20-26 AWG conductors, the power contacts carry 150% of rated current for 5 minutes without derating. The parallel contact springs compensate for thermal expansion effects.
