The heat pipe variant includes a hybrid wick structure for superior performance.Supporting Metal Clip / TIM techniques, the system accommodates various installation scenarios. The adhesive-mounted version offers excellent thermal interface properties.The Flat configuration is optimized for natural convection, enhancing thermal performance by 20% in passive cooling setups. The oval variant is ideal for compact electronic devices.Achieving 0.400°C/W values, the thermal path efficiency surpasses traditional solutions. The 0.110 C/W option is preferred for high-power RF systems.Incorporating Grooved fluid transport, the capillary system ensures reliable operation in any orientation.
