The gold-nickel composite plating withstands 20-year service in seawater.With Solder methodology, the connector provides >90dB EMI shielding despite thick hydrates layers. The segmented design prevents cathodic disbondment.Designed for Surface Mount installation, the connector withstands 100kN axial load. The titanium housing resists pitting corrosion in chloride environments.Qualified with RG-178 subsea cables, the connector passes 500-cycle hyperbaric testing. The bend restrictor design prevents cable kinking at high pressure.The Snap-On mechanism enables ROV-operated mating with <10N m torque.
