Testing included 20G RMS random vibration per MIL-STD-810G Method 514.7.Designed for deployment with 0.3" DIP Sockets, it maintains signal continuity through 100 thermal shock cycles (-65 C to +150 C) as required by MIL-STD-883 Method 1011.9.The Polyamide (PA46), Nylon 4/6 housing achieves outgassing levels <0.01% TML per NASA ASTM E595. Material properties remain stable under 100krad(Si) total ionizing dose radiation.Black markings comply with MIL-STD-130N identification requirements. The non-reflective surface reduces detectability in EO/IR surveillance systems.
