The multi-point contact design eliminates non-linear junctions.Solder technology provides vibration-resistant connections per LV 214-2016. The friction-locked contacts maintain <10m resistance under 50G vibration.The 50Ohm matched transition features tapered dielectric compensation for ultra-wideband performance. Measured group delay variation is <5ps across 76-81GHz band.Designed for Surface Mount installation, the connector withstands 1000 thermal cycles (-40 C to +125 C). The material CTE is matched to automotive-grade PCBs.Characterized at 9.5 GHz, the connector exhibits insertion loss <0.3dB at 77GHz. The surface finish minimizes conductor loss at millimeter-wave frequencies.With 6 automotive-qualified channels, the connector supports multi-sensor fusion architectures. Each port features integrated moisture barriers.The Black housing material meets BMW GS 94004 chemical resistance requirements.
