Engineered for photovoltaic applications, this connector delivers unmatched weather resistance and power handling capabilities.The Male version includes touch-safe design. The insulated shroud prevents accidental contact with live parts up to 1500VDC.With 60 power contacts, the connector supports 30A continuous current. The silver-impregnated contacts maintain <0.2m resistance after 10,000 thermal cycles.Designed for 0.062" (1.57mm) bus bars, the connector features spring-loaded compression contacts. This design maintains constant pressure despite thermal expansion of copper conductors.The 0.031" (0.80mm) pitch design prevents tracking in humid conditions. The creepage distance exceeds IEC 61730 Class II requirements for photovoltaic applications.Copper contacts exhibit excellent corrosion resistance. Salt fog testing per UL 6703 shows no degradation after 3000 hours exposure.The Gold surface treatment prevents fretting corrosion. The micro-roughened surface retains lubricant through 500+ thermal cycles.
