Where standard connectors fail, this solution maintains uninterrupted performance through sandstorms, salt spray, and high radiation exposure.Configured as Module without Contacts, the module features explosive atmosphere protection meeting ATEX Category 1G/1D requirements for hazardous locations.The Male interface incorporates redundant sealing systems that maintain IP69K protection even after repeated mating cycles in contaminated environments.With 2 configuration, the design allows for separate containment of intrinsically safe and non-intrinsically safe circuits.Crimp termination is enhanced with chemical-resistant potting compounds that prevent wicking of corrosive fluids into contact areas.The 1000V rating is maintained through fluoropolymer insulators that resist degradation from UV exposure and chemical contact.Designed for 70A continuous operation, the contacts utilize cladded materials that prevent galvanic corrosion in saltwater immersion.CSM contacts feature welded secondary retention systems that prevent contact movement under explosive decompression conditions.The -40°C ~ 125°C range is achieved through metal-to-glass hermetic seals that prevent moisture ingress while allowing for thermal expansion.
