This radiation-hardened solution maintains functionality in 10MRad environments while preventing single-event upsets.The PC Pin configuration utilizes self-healing dielectric materials that recover from gamma ray-induced damage.Featuring Double End geometry, the terminal maintains connectivity during seismic events up to 1.5g acceleration.With 0.625" (15.88mm) compact design, the terminal minimizes activated material volume in reactor core instrumentation.Precision 0.061" ~ 0.063" (1.55mm ~ 1.60mm) tolerances ensure proper grounding in electromagnetic pulse (EMP) shielded enclosures.The Through Hole design allows one-handed operation with thick protective gloves in containment areas.Staking Flare technology creates gas-tight seals that prevent radioactive material migration.Non-Insulated materials are qualified for continuous operation at 300 C in primary coolant systems.Compatible with 0.126" (3.20mm) radiation-hardened substrates used in reactor control systems.Special Brass alloy maintains conductivity after prolonged exposure to ionizing radiation.The Tin plating prevents oxidation in nitrogen-purged containment vessels.
