This space-qualified solution combines radiation-hardened materials with exceptional signal integrity for LEO to GEO orbital applications.Certified for Backshell, Cable Clamp configurations, this design maintains stable RF performance through 100kRad(Si) total ionizing dose exposure, with <0.1dB insertion loss variation.The 180° geometry minimizes outgassing potential (<1 10^-6 torr l/s/cm ) while withstanding 10^8 flex cycles in zero-G cable management systems.Constructed from Thermoplastic, the housing provides exceptional resistance to atomic oxygen erosion (<0.1mm/year in LEO environment).The Gray finish uses inorganic pigments that maintain reflectivity properties through extended UV exposure in space (tested to 15,000 ESH).Validated for IP66/IP68 - Dust Tight, Water Resistant, Waterproof, the connector survives 100+ thermal vacuum cycles between -190 C and +150 C without seal failure.
