This ruggedized solution combines automotive-grade reliability with RF performance that meets 77GHz automotive radar requirements.The Coaxial interface features minimized flange dimensions for space-constrained installations. The low-profile design reduces aerodynamic drag in vehicle-mounted applications.Utilizing Receptacle, Female Socket configuration, the connector achieves <-25dB PIM performance at 2x43dBm. The multi-point contact design eliminates non-linear junctions.Solder Cup technology provides vibration-resistant connections per LV 214-2016. The friction-locked contacts maintain <10m resistance under 50G vibration.With Solder methodology, the connector achieves <1 ground path resistance up to 100GHz. The segmented shielding design prevents ground loops in array antennas.The 50Ohm matched transition features tapered dielectric compensation for ultra-wideband performance. Measured group delay variation is <5ps across 76-81GHz band.Designed for Panel Mount installation, the connector withstands 1000 thermal cycles (-40 C to +125 C). The material CTE is matched to automotive-grade PCBs.Engineered with Bulkhead - Rear Side Nut, the connector withstands 50kN crush force per ISO 16750-3.
