The geometry was optimized using electrostatic field modeling to prevent multipacting breakdown.Supporting Female Sockets interfaces, this adapter bridges standard instrumentation to UHV feedthroughs. The design maintains outgassing rates below 10^-12 torr liter/sec cm^2.With Female Sockets (1), Male Pins (1) capability, the adapter enables signal routing through multiple radiation zones. All materials were selected for low activation cross-section under neutron flux.The M12 interface utilizes oxygen-free copper with 99.999% purity. Surface finish was polished to <0.1 m Ra for optimal UHV performance.Featuring M12 outputs, the adapter incorporates beam pipe flanges per ISO-KF standards. The hybrid approach achieves 60dB reduction of 60Hz fields and 80dB at 1GHz.
