This innovative approach eliminates the need for bulky pressure vessels while preventing dielectric fluid contamination.Supporting Male Pins interfaces, this adapter bridges standard topside equipment to deep-sea rated connectors. The pressure transition zone maintains proper impedance matching throughout the rated depth range.With Female Sockets (2) capability, the adapter enables hybrid power-and-data transmission through single penetrators. The design withstands 500V DC potential difference between contacts in seawater environment.The M12 interface utilizes high-strength duplex stainless steel with 90ksi yield strength. All materials pass NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 sour service requirements.Featuring M12 outputs, the adapter incorporates titanium stress cones that distribute cable termination forces. Finite element analysis verifies 3:1 safety factor at maximum rated depth.The 5 configuration was optimized for low-frequency sonar applications. Contact spacing prevents cross-talk between channels at voltages up to 300Vpp.Designed for ROV applications, the 8 (2) output supports simultaneous power, video, and control signals. Each channel is individually tested for insulation resistance >10G in seawater.The Free Hanging (In-Line) option implements compact flange mounting per API 17F standards.
