The radiation-hardened dielectric prevents total dose effects up to 100kRad.With Plug, Male Pin architecture, the connector exhibits <1pA leakage current in vacuum. The molecular barrier coating prevents outgassing contamination of sensitive optics.Crimp technology ensures stable contact resistance despite atomic oxygen exposure. The gold-iridium alloy contacts withstand >10,000 thermal cycles in LEO conditions.Qualified with RG-8X space-grade cables, the connector passes NASA outgassing tests with <0.1% TML. The strain relief system survives 1,000 flex cycles in thermal vacuum.The Threaded mechanism provides positive engagement with <5N m torque in zero-G. The captive hardware meets NASA-STD-8739.4 requirements.With 1 isolated channels, the connector supports redundant spacecraft systems.
