This space-qualified solution combines radiation-hardened materials with exceptional signal integrity for LEO to GEO orbital applications.Certified for Backshell, Anti-Decoupling configurations, this design maintains stable RF performance through 100kRad(Si) total ionizing dose exposure, with <0.1dB insertion loss variation.The 0.870" ~ 1.260" (22.10mm ~ 32.00mm) accepts phase-stable coaxial cables with <1 phase matching between connectors across -55 C to +125 C operational range.The 4 interface incorporates redundant contact systems that maintain <5m resistance after 500 thermal cycles in vacuum conditions.Featuring PG36 captive threading, the design prevents FOD (Foreign Object Debris) generation while enabling tool-less mating in space suit gloves.The 180° geometry minimizes outgassing potential (<1 10^-6 torr l/s/cm ) while withstanding 10^8 flex cycles in zero-G cable management systems.Constructed from Thermoplastic, the housing provides exceptional resistance to atomic oxygen erosion (<0.1mm/year in LEO environment).The Black finish uses inorganic pigments that maintain reflectivity properties through extended UV exposure in space (tested to 15,000 ESH).Incorporating Gasket, Sealing Gland, the design includes integrated passive intermodulation (PIM) suppression that maintains <-170dBc levels for sensitive transponder applications.Validated for IP68 - Dust Tight, Waterproof, the connector survives 100+ thermal vacuum cycles between -190 C and +150 C without seal failure.
