Engineered for high-vibration environments, it delivers robust power distribution while withstanding the mechanical stresses of continuous rail operation.As a railway-approved Power Distribution Block, this solution exceeds international standards for shock resistance and long-term reliability in mass transit applications.The 2-pole configuration provides isolated power channels for traction motors, auxiliary systems, and onboard electronics in modern rail vehicles.With 2 line side inputs, the terminal block accommodates both overhead catenary and third-rail power collection systems.Featuring 2 load side outputs, this design enables efficient power distribution to multiple traction converters while preventing electromagnetic interference.The Screw Connection interface employs spring-loaded contacts that maintain connectivity despite constant vibration and mechanical shock.Utilizing Screw Connection technology, the solution provides tool-less maintenance access for rapid servicing during scheduled depot maintenance.Compatible with 6-18 AWG railway-grade wiring, this terminal block handles the unique demands of rolling stock electrical systems including extreme temperature variations.The 6-18 AWG specification ensures proper termination of both high-voltage traction circuits and low-voltage control systems.Rated for 300 V operation, this component meets railway standards for isolation and surge protection in electrified track environments.With 65 A current capacity, the design handles the dynamic power requirements of high-speed trains during acceleration and regenerative braking.
