The adhesive-mounted version offers excellent thermal interface properties.The Round configuration is optimized for natural convection, enhancing thermal performance by 20% in passive cooling setups. The oval variant is ideal for compact electronic devices.Capable of dissipating 218.0W @ 100mm thermal loads, the solution manages extreme heat in power-dense applications. The 200W model is ideal for data center use.Incorporating Sintered fluid transport, the capillary system ensures reliable operation in any orientation. The mesh wick variant provides 0.22mm effective pore size.Manufactured in 3.937" (100.00mm) variants, the scalable solution meets diverse thermal management requirements.
