Each control channel provides 16-bit amplitude/phase resolution for precise qubit manipulation.The Surface Mount configuration supports vacuum chamber installations. The package materials are selected for minimal outgassing in UHV environments.Available in 484-TFBGA format, the package includes superconducting shielding.
