Its robust construction ensures signal fidelity in electrically noisy industrial settings.Supporting FFC, FPC configurations, the connector features gold-plated contacts for stable contact resistance below 20m .The Housing for Female Contacts design incorporates redundant contact points, achieving <1dB insertion loss variation across mating cycles.Configurable in 3 positions, the contact array supports differential pair routing for high-speed data transmission.With 1 row implementation, the connector maintains 100 characteristic impedance for matched transmission lines.The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch configuration supports 56Gbps PAM4 signaling when used with appropriate flex cable materials.Accommodating 0.31mm flex circuits, the contact spring force is calibrated to prevent conductor damage.Tested at 500 V with 500V dielectric withstand, the insulation resistance exceeds 1000M at 85% RH.Utilizing Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), Glass Filled compound, the housing demonstrates <0.3% deformation at maximum operating temperature.Qualified for -65°C ~ 125°C range, the materials maintain elasticity down to -40 C for reliable cold-start performance.UL94 V-0 compliance ensures the connector meets aerospace smoke and toxicity standards.
