This rugged interconnect solution meets EN 50155 and IEC 61373 specifications, delivering reliable performance in rolling stock applications despite extreme vibration, shock, and environmental conditions.The Receptacle configuration features a double-locking system that withstands 50G shock pulses. The vibration-resistant design maintains electrical continuity through 10Hz to 2kHz random vibration profiles.Utilizing Female Socket technology, these contacts maintain less than 5m resistance variation under 15G vibration. The hyperbolic contact geometry compensates for terminal movement while maintaining constant normal force.Available in 5 configurations, the connector supports both power distribution and train communication networks. The segregated contact groups prevent interference between high-voltage and sensitive signal circuits.The 0.100" (2.54mm) spacing provides sufficient clearance for 3000V AC isolation requirements. The molded barriers between contacts prevent tracking in humid environments per EN 50124-1.The Free Hanging (In-Line) version includes integrated cable clamps meeting EN 50264 standards. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware withstands railway cleaning chemicals.Featuring IDC technology, the system accommodates both fine-strand and rigid conductors.
