This innovative connector system supports 56G PAM4 signaling while providing robust mechanical stability in rack-mounted equipment.The Through Board, Locking design incorporates differential pair alignment features that maintain <1% skew for high-speed data transmission up to 112Gbps NRZ.Precision 0.072" ~ 0.077" (1.83mm ~ 1.96mm) tolerances ensure impedance-controlled via transitions in 20+ layer server PCBs, minimizing signal reflections.The 0.277" (7.04mm) profile has been optimized through 3D electromagnetic simulation to reduce insertion loss below 0.5dB/inch at 28GHz.Supporting 18-22 AWG power conductors, the terminal delivers 100A continuous current with only 10 C temperature rise in forced air cooling scenarios.The Phosphor Bronze alloy provides optimal stress relaxation characteristics for maintaining contact force in high-temperature server environments.Tin surface treatment has been specially formulated to prevent whisker growth in data center humidity conditions while maintaining <10m contact resistance.
