The gas-tight joints prevent oxidation in humid environments.Rated for 40A at 70 C, the connector uses electrolytic copper contacts. The mass-termination design ensures uniform current distribution.The 400V insulation system withstands 3kV RMS for 1 minute. The graded insulation design prevents surface tracking.UL-listed for 40A makes this connector suitable for catenary power connections. The silver-nickel contacts minimize voltage drop.UL-recognized for 600V operation, the connector meets NFPA 130 fire safety requirements.
